The twenty-first annual Transmillennial annual conference will be held on June 10-13, 2009 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Indians Hills Church will be hosting the conference.
The theme for Transmillennial 2009 is One Inclusive God. Conference presenters will explore the theological background that allows people to embrace the God that has already embraced us all. More importantly, we will look at the daily practice of inclusion. What does it mean to be inclusive, to welcome others, and to live a fulfilled life in community with all?
Kevin Beck, COO of Presence International, said, “We are excited about exploring the depth and breadth of the God that leaves no one behind. We intend on building on the momentum generated by Transmillennial 2008. Reframing the way the Biblical story is understood transforms everything from our beliefs to our life practice. When we see God as all-in-all, we can finally come to peace with the God, ourselves, and everything. I expect people from around the world to join us in June.”
Beck continued, "We're very excited about partnering with the Indian Hills Church. This is an amazing group of people. They truly practice the good news of God's inclusion."
Transmillennial 2009 will include a variety of cutting edge musicians and international speakers. People who draw from their own life experience will share what it means for them to practice inclusion.
Registration will open soon.
