Presence Financial Policies

Presence International belongs to God. We consider all gifts to be given in His name to accomplish His work.

As such, we pledge to apply Biblical principles of stewardship in all transactions involving the entire spectrum of the ministry's operations.

We consider all contributions to Presence Ministries to be sent from loving people who have sacrificed to make these gifts possible. Therefore we strive to conform to the strictest principles of stewardship available.

As with the rest of the ministry, Presence financial accountability falls under the oversight of Psalm 115:1.

A New Century... A New Call For Partners

The New Century is well underway. Perhaps we should reflect upon our collective role in this world God has so richly blessed and called us to influence. Without the clear light of Scripture, humanity is sure to replicate all of the disillusionment of yet another generation.

We at Presence have a passion to turn that disillusionment into joy. To be faithful to this call, we know that it will take the production of many more materials than we have been able to produce to date. Books, videos, audios and face to face seminars throughout the country and beyond are greatly needed. Basic marketing plans are awaiting funds that will enable them to be implemented. As always, the question is, who will respond to the need?

To date, many people have prayerfully joined with us as Partners In His Presence. In 2004 our number of Partners realized a healthy gain. However, the joy felt from this is surpassed only by the weight of what still must be accomplished. A great need remains for many others to join with us in the upward call of Christ Jesus.

As a transdenonimational ministry, Presence seeks to promote a unified perspective and understanding of Scripture that crosses (and hopefully transcends) all lines of fellowship. Much of Christianity is laboring with the application of issues such as the last days and the end times. Errant views are not only are polarizing groups, but they also are creating an escapist mentality that is diverting efforts away from the more important issues of world evangelism and the easing of the many social ills endured around the globe.

Eschatology is not a side issue in scripture. It strikes at the heart of the Kingdom of God, and as a result, our responsibility to the world at large. Here is where the imagery of the prophet Amos hits home: "Can two walk together unless they are agreed? The Lord has spoken, who can but prophesy?"

Join with us as we walk with God and speak His word to an age that is just beginning -- not ending. Join with us as we continue to address the mind (theology), heart (application) and soul (community of believers) of the great commandment to love God with all that we have and with all that we are. Let us hear form you -- there's a world to be won!

Each week, we at Presence Ministries receive letters like the one that follows. How many more people are there who are searching for coherent answers to the difficult questions of Scripture - people who know beyond a doubt that God is faithful, but who, nonetheless, are praying that God will lead them to the truth?

May God keep blessing you and your ministry. It is been a great blessing to me and my family. Your books and the Living Presence journal have been an answer to my prayers.

By the grace of God I have been saved for 34 years and I was never satisfied, or convinced about many teachings, especially concerning eschatology. Many questions in my mind were unanswerable, but I always prayed to God and waited.

For many years I read many books about the subject, but never was I convinced of the truth until by the grace of God, I found and read Brother Max King's books. My mind was cleared up and then I knew that God had answered my prayers about the truth. It is such a great experience and I would like to tell more, but it would be too long of a story.

I want to finish by saying thank God for your ministry and I pray that He spread these wonderful truths about His Word throughout America and beyond.

Presence is also broadening its ministry to include the practical teachings of truth along with the technical. Presence is dedicated to forging ahead with the truth as it understands it - regardless of creed or tradition. So many ministries are bound by their sectarian bent that some of their views and feelings are held back for fear of losing support. The Presence writers are dedicated to scholarship and bringing our audience solid reasoning from prayerful study and a firm resolve to glorify God - whatever our individual fellowships may think.
